Acl Rupture

Acl RuptureHow common it is fully your ACL rupture but not swollen?

Recently, I tore my ACL, fully, skiing. However, I never experienced dramatic swelling and could continue to ski for about an hour before the pain / pain resumed. Has anyone experienced this and how common an event is it?

I do not know how it is, but that's exactly how it was for me. I did not fully rupture that most, but it does not swell and I continued to play soccer on it. A few hours later, however, I found that I really could not turn it on because of the pain. Good luck with your recovery is a bumpy road, but I'm about a year and a half after surgery and played full-contact football at the intensity of 100% for about 8 months now and my knee feels good (knock on wood).
