Adhd GiftedDonations of Understanding ADD and ADHD

"I just finished reading this book and I decided that I add".

"I saw a television show about ADHD. I did it and my son."

"My teacher says she asks too many questions. Do you think she is hyperactive?

Over the last ten years we have all heard ad like this from friends, family and even strangers.

As a coach and spiritual counselor, I deal with questions about ADD and ADHD every day. My ideas may be useful to you too.

ADD AND ADHD in adults

Recently, a client started our counseling session by stating that Add. His wife was quick to agree. This has to my door. They needed help with their marriage.

Often the first step to repair a marriage begins with the personal spiritual growth. Until the individual himself or understand, it is difficult to establish trust and understanding in any relationship.

In this case, I did a scan of my energetic customer. Some medical intuitive, including me, use this process to identify areas that need work. We "see" physical, emotional distress and energetic.

Then I described to my client what I saw in the scan. I explained this in the context of the DDA. Like many people who are confused by ADD and ADHD, he was relieved to find someone who understood what was happening.

After that, I recommend they learn more about the subject. Between school and a counseling session years, the client and his wife were able to understand each other better. They say it started a renaissance in their marriage.

For many adults, that's all it takes. With a little education and counseling, they learn to live with ADD and ADHD.

ADD AND ADHD in children

Most people are diagnosed with ADD or ADHD as children. Through them we can about the many faces of Attention Deficit Disorder, with or without hyperactivity evident.

A few years ago, one of my most important breakthroughs was with a client 12 years. His first statement to me was startling.

With a look of anguish, he blurted: "It hurts being a man when I think and see everything we have done to this planet. But I know I'm here to do better. "

Scanning his energy, I felt the pain he was in. to me it was as if he had been born without the skin. He could feel all around him. He had no personal boundaries.

This session has helped, but it helped me even more. I have learned beyond a shadow of a doubt that ADD and ADHD are not disabilities. They are gifts.

These donations must be managed and maintained, but they are always present. They may even point the way our species is evolving.

If we treat these gifts to minimize them, we risk losing these gifts altogether.

ADD, ADHD, understanding and the "box"

During the following months, my practice has attracted many clients with Attention Deficit Disorder and forms of hyperactivity. I was one of the few who understood that gifts, no illnesses.

My staff and I used to joke that I had become a magnet "Add". But those months have been a great experience for education.

Some of my clients already knew about ADD and ADHD. They had already been diagnosed. They knew the terminology and popular medical solutions. Some have even chosen the label ADD because, ultimately, it defined who they were.

These customers may be more difficult to work. The ADD "box" acts as a protection and defense. To help, we must convince them to get out of the box.

For someone who has lived without borders is a very scary step. The box is the safe place. Convincing them to leave can be difficult.
