Anxiety HeadacheWhat to do to reduce pain, relax and induce sleep when headaches and anxiety is very severe?

my headache and anxiety are so severe that i cannot concentrate on one thing sinle, cannot sleep, cannot think, relaxation exercises do not work (bcoz each relaxation exercise requires some concentration and awareness which did is not possible for me). also slow deep breathing and causes me to hyperventilate and stunning all time.what should I do?
