Arthritis Relief

Arthritis ReliefWhat is good to relieve arthritis?

Hey, if I have bad arthritis and I really need a physical relief. I'm already on medication, but they take some time to start working, if anyone knows of good relief?

Try fish oil and / or Hyrdochloride glucosamine. Much research has been done by the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia, Professor Andy Sinclair, and Melrose Health in Victoria, Australia

Copper !!!!!!!!

Take a hot bath. This could help you.

Go to bootd or summat and buy a copper braclet, they look good and a great help

Sorry to say that medical research has shown copper to be unnecessary. A warm bath may help. If the medications you are using does not give you the relief, there are more than 220 different drugs for arthritis. Back to R & D and ask him to recommend further. Also exercise helps. Discover the Arthritis Foundation online and see what classes they have in your area. They can make a word of difference.
