What is the best way to manage religious law? I find it intrusive to a person coming to my door traffic of its belief system. Several times, I can not answer the door (perhaps the Boston Strangler "), but there were times when I answered and was subjected to a group of mystical mumbo jumbo. What do you think is the best way to deal with these unwanted guests?
Do not answer the door. If you can see who is there without seeing you .. Search. If you do not know the person or do not expect a delivery .. not respond. If it's something .. important the person will leave a card or note.
Your home is your private sanctuary. Be sure .. Enjoy your life.
Be polite but firm. These people really believe they are doing something good for yourself. On the contrary it does not mean you have to stand there and listen to their belief system and the whole philosophy of life. Tell them you're not interested, and if they are persistent, then repeat yourself once so there is no doubt that they did not hear you and close (not slam) the door. Simple as that. If you encounter them in the street you're not interested and on foot or by car.
Smile and be as polite as possible. Keep in mind that you are watching those seeking an understanding of God by doing what they consider a "good thing".
If you know more than one truth, so thank you to share it with them when they are done. The weather is not so precious that we should be rude or unpleasant to others who are as good as they know.
Peace
Tell them that you already have a lord and personal savior Satan. Then politely close the door.
Invite them in and then the question intelligently. Or, simply tell them the truth.
You do not want at your door "please go away".
Another tactic is to put a sign professional to your door. "No lawyers religious Please and thank you."
Place the sign at eye level where it should not be missed, have written in red on a white background and if the lawyers still knock on your door to spread the gospel is, then you can report it to your application writing and the challenge.
If they can not read a simple message on the door, then what have they got to prove they have the ability to read the Bible and translate it good enough for you?. In addition, if they persist with their own frankly ask why they will not pay attention to another good and what makes them think they have the right to interfere when the Lord Jesus right? Because frankly Christ would see the sign and leave you to yourself, and if you do not listen then what makes them think that you will listen!
When we go to God, and when we accept Christ as our Savior, it is our own will.
It is obvious that you have made your choice on the matter and if Christ and God accept your decision, so who are they to ignore our God?
The sign says .... No Solicitors religious, Please and thank you.
If you think you can live with that, then be honest about it at least. This should deter us from Christians of your choice and decisions.
Personally, I think you should go to Christ for your own good and salvation, but then I will not ask you for your anger, or acceptance. You made your position clear.
A. never, never answer the door. "I used to say" talk through the window, but I read about a woman who did it ... The person at the door he was shot through the window.
B. 99.9% of the time, these so-called "religious" are Jehovah's Witnesses. Treat them with a loud, bossy, angry. Words such as "Go", "false religion", "sheep", etc. work very efficiently. No true! religion goes door to door. "
