Blood Pressure Too Low

I'm really dizzy, dizzy, and weak during the day. I was wondering if this sounds like low blood pressure, and what is considered too low? Also, does this sound like anemia?

Adult-top-systolic number no less than 90
Adult diastolic number down something less than 60
Sounds like one or the other, but you need to check.

If you have 120/70 and 120/60 is fine if you have 90/30 or 100/20 is considered low when you want that try to eat a little salt and see if blood pressure is low, you could eat a banana could be low potassium. Consult a doctor, you can also anemia or blood sugar.
