We were going to discuss "Women in Business", but a day or two before the show, I began to feel adrift in my business. I attributed this to the desire to make the Giant Squid end of June by the creation of 100 quality lenses. I am generally very different juggling weekly tasks I set for myself, but the pure energy that contributed to the creation of theses lenses, and working full time blogs, is preparing for a rally for single payer clouds started to my sense of vision. And Charlie was just the person to fill the void I felt in leading the discussion we finally have: - Establishment and operation to a business plan. Charly has been working with men and women unemployed in the region, Canberra, Australia. Its main objective was to help these men and women develop well thought out business plans for future business or employment business. Most business people in their approach this way: Ready, Fire, Aim! Joan and I are goal setters, but none of us have a business plan. We understand the various aspects of e-commerce puzzle - but have not learned to juggle all aspects of it efficiently and competently. Running an online business is not so different from having a business of brick and mortar. The operating principles of both are exactly the same. You must watch your business like a business not a hobby. What are your raw materials, your strengths and weaknesses? If you feel scattered, it is an excellent opportunity to tame the beast and become the principal conductor of your business creation. The achievement has to do with the accent of a unique spirit and absolute determination based on the plan and the vision you create for your business. Once you have that, you're invincible. Think about your vision as an extension of your business. We discussed this great universal common thread that many of us talk about it: the feeling scattered. Charly said that often, the pervasive sense of a sign out of your comfort zone. This means that you are in a good location but it also means you have to take steps to get where you want to go. Do one thing every day that moves you towards your ultimate goal. Always look at and consider the big goal and break down into small size pieces. Where to start: The business plan is a living, breathing document. Once you think about it, do not put in a drawer and forget it. Distribution of the business plan this way: 1) Introduction 2) Resource Management 3) Marketing Plan 3) Communications 4) Customer Service 5) financial Describe what kind of business you have, with the four directions. Who are your customers? What do they love? and hatred? eat What cars do they drive? Get to know your target audience! If you were in your business for a while, take time to think about what attracted you to the vision of the company you started on the path you are now. You may need help with certain elements of the business plan. In a word - outsourcing. Look at your business in 3 and 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 1 year. 2 years, 5 years, in 10 years. Be flexible and adapt if necessary. You certainly could use a coach during these planning periods. How much money do you want? Jump quarter by quarter and make adjustments. Take advantage of this particular page on the business plan and stick it on your wall, a computer or a vision board. Look at this day to assess whether or not you're on the right track.
