Chest Pain Symptoms

My mother had chest pains with difficulty breathing, with pain on the left chest and left leg feels like it wants to collapse. If I take her to the emergency room? Does anyone know what could be wrong with her? Is she going to be ok? I'm afraid so please help me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
