Chilblain Lupus

I went to the doc and he was taken aback! Two weeks ago my second toe swollen, shiny skin and dark red, hot to the touch. He endured a series of changes over the last two weeks ... painful, hot, itchy, etc. A week ago several red spots occurred on the bottom of three of my toes (including the swelling one). They are all fading, but still a mystery. The doc tested me for a Pleth things and all were negative. In our family we have a history of lupus, etc. I am positive for Epstein-Barr ... I am tired, no energy, joint pain ...

I read on the net about frostbite and vasculitis. Does anyone have info. I can go off or suggestions on how to find answers?
