Constipation Straining

I embryos transferred three days ago and I suffer from severe constipation progesterone shots. I drink tons of prune juice, eat lots of fiber, drink 3-4 liters of water per day and take 2 tablespoons of mineral oil per day. I am always constipated! Today is the day when they will be most lilely implant and I found myself on the toilet forced to spend a giant, rock hard stools. This can interfere with success? Sorry if this is serious ... I'm just worried.

No - do not be soft impact embryo implantation. Constipation is a common side effect of progesterone, which slows the gut and in my paperwork with IVF FAQ it says to call the doctor if it was bad, but it would not impact implantation.
