I will not be able to close my eyes until 3:00 D: I need some kind of sleep aid fast.

How about you guys?

lol, I'm the same, but I can not get to sleep at 7 pm

Me too in the same boat. but until atleast one, not sure what to do.

To solve this problem simply meditate every day for 5 minutes means that you concentrate on your forehead and do not sleep in the afternoon or whatever time of day and day by day u feel good ..... .

Delayed Sleep Disorder is quite common. You should get a referral to a sleep specialist, get an appointment with a sleep specialist, and get a sleep study done. You need to practice good sleep hygiene. Go to bed at the same time each night, use your bed only for ch. make it comfortable for sleeping. A night in Nice, cold is better. Ask questions about your NAME_A "Wiggly"? Your legs bother you at night? You may have sleep disorders other mixed there. You should know if you have underlying issues of why you can not sleep. You may need more than just a sleeping pill to sleep with, you could have othger things, to see a sleep specialist. If your legs are bothering you, you may have Restless Legs Syndrome and / or LLDCs (periodic movement disorders of the leg)
