Dementia Brain

Dementia BrainAlcohol consumption can have on a consistent basis mild dementia or brain damage?

Yes, it is possible and what amounts to "abuse of alcohol is lower than previously believed, and damage can be severe. I pasted a few links about it ...

Much of the damage heavy drinking really nutritionally related. Persons who satisfy their hunger with sugar (either soft drinks, candy bars or alcohol) tend to not eat enough nutritious food. It is much easier to get a big drinker to take vitamins and eat a few boiled eggs per day, to encourage them to stop drinking.

Light daily use, like a clap of liqour or beer or a glass of wine a day is actually good for you, 2 is a break-even, and which is expanding every day drinking. More than 4 drinks in one day is to drink more to this day, drinking more than two days per week is to drink more - as much as your health goes.

Depends on the quantity. If you drink too much, then yes.

If it is excessive, absolutely. A glass of wine a day, should not .....

Yes, it always does, but a little less of that if you were drinking lots and lots.
It all comes down to what you drink well
small quantities of beer and wine are actually good for your body and recommended.

vodka though I know it's the worst thing you can drink.

Scotch is also authorized ..
thats what I know:)
