Dog Seizure Treatment Can I use Photo Grade Potassium Bromide for treating dogs before? I was looking for a potassium bromide pharmaceutical grade here in the Philippines for the treatment of seizure dog, but all I can find in many chemical suppliers in Manila is potassium bromide picture year. Is it used for dog attacks? What is the difference between picture quality and pharmaceutical grade KBr? I am really in need of such things for my dog. The main difference may be that the photo quality is not approved as safe if swallowed. Basically, can contain other chemicals, even if only in trace amounts that render him unfit to be ingested. So I do not recommend giving your dog as it may well do more harm than good, including possibly kill your dog. Do you have a local pharmacy or medical clinic in your area who would be able to order the pharmacy quality for you? I wouldnt use it .. as another user said .. it may contain chemicals that are dangerous for ingestion .. There is a reason why he has different qualities! Well if you are in need, then you should see the vet and get the right medication for your dog before. Stop trying to heal itself and get the medication from a veterinarian. It is a question for your veterinarian. You do not want to get wrong information, and can affect your dog in an accident. Only a veterinarian can give you a knowledgeable response.
