Early Herpes

prostitutes were often in the past and now for the last three months observing button size glossy colored bumps are visible on and around the base of the penis. Is this herpes or some early stage of HIV infection. Please advise ... anyone???

These bumps are not a sign of HIV. Everything you may have, HIV does not appear as "bumps" on you anywhere. It looks like you have some kind of STD. The good news is, STDs are largely treatable - go to a doctor as soon as possible and in the future, try to avoid the whores :-)

Firstly, why on earth do you have sex with a prostitute, you're stupid. It is clear that you have an STD that satarts with an H, they are four of them, HIV, harpies, hepitites, and something else. Anyway, go see a doctor before you damn worse.

I'm not sure what he would but I strongly recommend that you go see a doctor and get tested for everything under the sun.
Having sex with a prostitute is a very high risk ... like herpes and warts are common in porn stars, I'm sure they are even worse in the whores.
