What soothes and prevent hemorrhoids during pregnancy? (Serious responses only)? I have a great welp on top of my ass and it is ve swollen.I them had before, but it is huge.I soaked in Epsom salts to try to calm down and that does not seem help.I know I have been sorely tested on myself picking my daughter down the stairs .. What other recourse for this?

"Rectal bleeding and hemorrhoids
"I am concerned I had rectal bleeding.
Bleeding is always a frightening symptom, especially during pregnancy - and particuarly in a region so close to your vagina. But unlike vaginal bleeding, rectal bleeding is not a sign of a possible threat to your pregnancy. During pregnancy, it is often caused by outside, or often, hemorrhoids internal / anal fissures (cracks in the anus). Hemorrhoids, which are varicose veins of the rectum, hitting between 20 and 50 percent of all women in pregnancy.
