Im not sure what your question is, but as a nurse, I think they are all related.It was well known that depression can cause many problems such as pain and sleep disorders.But I admit the medical field is always the question of fibromyalgia as most of our patients use this diagnosis to get to the pain medications that lead to the inability to work and there is a fine line If you there.But Please clarify your question
