Frontal Temporal Lobe

My sister was diagnosed with this and I heard growing very rapidly. It has lost much of his speech capabilities and now find it sometimes does not understand the words for it.
I suppose in a few years, it will most insane and perhaps unable to understand anything and probably totally dependent for all its needs.
What would you do if you were me? I am 16 years younger than her. She lives in Virginia and I live in Illinois and we arent really close but I wouldnt wish this on anyone.

It is difficult to know how to answer your question without knowing more about his situation, as who else can help, what financial resources are, and how involved you want to be.
