Gastric Bypass Before And After Pictures

Gastric Bypass Before And After PicturesFailed Gastric Bypass Surgery-Why is it?

Having undergone a gastric bypass, I am a little shocked by the failure rate of gastric bypass surgery. But I guess I should not be. People in the promotional photos of this surgery are still fetching good. After all, how can you sell something that is not what it promises? But if you look at the fine print, some of them may have a warning that the results are not typical.

The truth is for some people, this operation will save their lives and restore quality of life, but for those who do not make lifestyle changes, they will probably be a rude awakening in the future. 6-12 months will be a big change and you will not be able to everything, but it will not last forever. After about a year, life returns to normal. I am even able to eat sugar ... lot of sugar. Sometimes it makes me uncomfortable, but not so bad that I will not eat.

Consequently, I took 25 pounds last year. Now I'm in the position I'm options. So I finally started doing what I should have done ten years ago ... the exercise and make wise food choices. Since then I have lost 11 out of 25 books and hope to have the rest out in the next 2-3 months.

But you probably wonder why people who have been given a tool to lose weight often regain some weight. Most of us are emotional eaters and have not learned to manage this part of our lives. It is increasingly common to see support groups and counseling as part of the program as pre-bypass and post-op gastric. If not, I strongly recommend counseling or 12 step program that helps you deal with why you eat compulsively.

Even if I gained weight, I feel I have earned more than losing those 11 pounds that I did when I lost my original £ 82. Those 82 pounds came out doing nothing. I feel like I have gained weight loss 11 pounds and 82 pounds was given to me. I do not have the value of 82 pounds as I did 11. I'm terrified of weighing 275 pounds more and I never want to have to live in this new body.
