Gelastic Epilepsy

hey. I have this problem when I always laugh to laugh or think. Basically what I think. I did some research on this and alittle few things I thought I might have gelastic epilepsy or pathological laughter. Can I have one of these two things.Can help me. What should I do. Are there any tips to stop or medication I can take ... thank you
