My stepfather has advanced disease parikinsons. 2 of his childern have classic PKU. Should he follow a diet low in protein?

If your stepfather did not have PKU and is only a carrier (meaning those of her children with PKU), no low-protein diet is necessary. The only people who need food are the people who have PKU.
