It could be ... Sometimes herpes comes in the form of a small cut, but most of the time, there is usually more of a bump, but not all the time. For me, it was a small cut and a bump, but there were bumps on the inside I could not see.

Genital herpes can take the form of a bulb or an open wound, but they are usually painful and itching and tinglely / burning sensation. they could be paupules, pimples, boils or ingrown hairs.
