Health CholesterolSaturated fats and cholesterol health problems?

Do you advise people that saturated fat and cholesterol and heart disease are the causes?
If you can not answer this question, then you have no right to distribute this advice, you do not know what you mean.
I posted this question before, but nobody could answer, and yet people continue to advise people that saturated fat and cholesterol is bad for your health.
If you can not answer this question how could you make such claims?
My question is this.

Not that I do.
I think it is a myth.
Take the butter for example, it has been widely regarded as a "saturated fat and exited in favor of margarine, which is the last artificial" plasticky food. But in reality, butter, and full of oleic acid into monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9) - fatty acid-who actually put olive oil on a pedestal for its benefits for health.
Butter fat composition:

Oleic acid has been shown to significantly reduce the expression of a gene involved in the development of breast cancer.

Butter also contains butyric acid, an important energy source for cells lining the colon, and it may be important for normal development and maintenance. butyric acid is estimated to reduce the chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, and reduce the risk of colon cancer.

Then there is stearic acid. YES: It is a saturated fatty acid, but recent research suggests that diets rich in stearic acid to help reduce total blood cholesterol.

Butter also contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and also features in cow's milk and whole milk dairy products from grazing animals, and also in meat from grazing animals. And CLA has been shown that the health benefits include:
* Effects Antioxidants
* The anti-tumor
* Reduction of body fat (increased lean body mass
* The anti-diabetic
* Anti-atherogenic Effects

"The myth of the coconut oil":

Coconut oil, another which is thought of as a "saturated fats" like butter, has a myriad of health benefits linked to its unique fatty acid profile, like butter. For more information, see: http://www.coconut-connections.com/

We must also be aware that saturated fats increase the need for the antioxidant vitamin E:
http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/ak ...
There are serious consequences for health if we increase unsaturated fats over saturated fats in the diet, without added vitamin E. You know know that vitamin E has been shown to reduce heart diease, cancer and the risk of cataracts. Although in recent years some have tried to discredit this research.

There is also MYT diet low in fat.
