Health Food JunkiesFinally ... Junk Food Junkie Solution to lose weight!

Have you ever tried to lose weight simply by deciding that you will cease to be a junk-food junkie? You finish the last 4 Oreos in the bag, then spend the next three or four days eating nothing but yogurt, chicken and salads are bland. So what happens? You find yourself opening a new bag of Oreos because you feel that life is not worth living if you can not be happy with what you eat.

Do not worry. It happens to most addicted to junk food because they think they can lose weight with will power and a sudden change in their diet. Although this looks great on paper, it does not work for most people, because the approach is what we call cold turkey. The change must be gradual so that it works long term.

First face reality. You are a junk-food junkie. You've been eating junk food for a long time and it is extremely difficult for you to eat a carrot instead of French fries McDonald tasty. It took you years on years out of shape and become sedentary. If it happened overnight, you would have noticed. No one can break a longstanding practice easily.

For anyone to lose weight and maintain it for good, a person must live a healthy life. Knowing this is important because it is the ultimate goal for those who want to lose weight. Healthy living includes exercise, good nutrition and a sense of well-being for the areas of your life that give you joy. All on a daily basis.

Your first thought is probably too much work it takes to kick the habit junk food junkie and lead a healthy life. Exercise every day? Who has the time and energy for that? " And proper nutrition just bring you back to those bland salads again, right? Wrong! People who lead a healthy life eating McDonald's French fries and Oreos. They simply do not eat them all the time.

As far as exercise is concerned, all a person needs to keep fit and active for 30 minutes. Walking, jogging, biking, dancing, skating, skiing ... it does not matter. If you can not set aside a half hour each day to sustain a healthy body you have to deal with in your life, you need to make more changes than just weight loss!

What does all this have to do with how you stop being a junk-food junkie? Many! Now that you know a healthy lifestyle is the ultimate goal, you can set a roadmap to get there. Everyone wants to be there one day, but setting a realistic timetable to achieve your goals is a more efficient and productive.

Your parents probably told you to eat vegetables when you were a child. Somewhere along the path you have chosen for you to eat junk food and replaced what you've always known was a healthier choice. The shock of returning to the vegetables without continuing to eat your junk food does not feel right to you. I say continue to eat your junk food.

What? Keep eating junk food? Yeah, that's my opinion. But here's the catch. Instead of eating junk food every time you sit down to a meal or snack, choose one meal a day you'll change your food choices. I told you it would be gradual. If you normally eat Cheez daily 15 hours for a snack, eat a bowl of granola instead.

After this small change a day for several weeks, discipline yourself to take the next level. Now that you're OK with eating once a day, go for two! It could be two snacks, two meals or a snack and a meal. I would go for a meal this time because it will accelerate your weight loss more than changing your habits snack every day.

So after a month or so, you're not really eat junk food all the time are you? You've no doubt.
