Hearing Loss Ringing

For an adult, may all the venereal diseases and STDs cause loss HEARING / ringing in the ears?

I agree above, I would say that either syphilis or HIV / AIDS. But there are many many many many other reasons that can cause hearing loss. If anything, why suppose that it is possible exposure to an STD? If you are unsure of your status, get tested for all STDs.
