Immunity From Seizure

Immunity From SeizureWhy Obama has received immunity from Interpol that U.S. law?

Why the need for immunity from Interpol to the American Law? [] Andy McCarthy

We can not compensate for how brazen this crowd. A week ago, Obama quietly signed a decree making an international police force free from the constraints of U.S. law.

Interpol is the abbreviation for the International Criminal Police Organization. It was established in 1923 and operates in 188 countries. By Order 12425, issued in 1983, President Reagan recognized as an international Interpol and gave some of the privileges and immunities usually extended to foreign diplomats. Interpol, however, is also an active agency implementation of laws, privileges and immunities so critical (as defined in Section 2 (c) of the International Organizations Immunities Act) have been selected. More specifically, the Interpol property and assets remained subject to search and seizure, and its archived records are subject to public review under provisions such as the Freedom of Information Act. Being compelled by the Fourth Amendment, FOIA, and other limitations of the Constitution and federal law that protects the freedom and privacy of Americans is what keeps law enforcement and supervisory authority of government to become tyrannical .

On Wednesday, however, without apparent reason, Obama has issued a decree removing the limitations Reagan. In other words, the property of Interpol and the assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now regarded as inviolable. The international police force (which is based on U.S. Department of Justice in Washington) will be unrestrained by the Constitution of the United States and U.S. law while operating in the United States and affects both the Americans and the U.S. interests outside the United States.

Interpol is working closely with the international tribunals (like the International Criminal Court - which the U.S. refused to join because of his surrender sovereignty provisions, although senior Obama we want it). He also works closely with foreign courts and law enforcement agencies (such as those in Europe who are investigating former officials of the Bush administration for alleged war crimes - namely, for actions taken in defense of America).

Why should we raise an international police force above the U.S. law? Why should we vaccinate an international police force limitations that restrict the FBI and other U.S. agencies under the law? Why is it necessary to have suddenly, within the Department of Justice, a repository for storing government records which, therefore, be beyond the capacity of Congress, the maintenance of America order, media, and the American people to control?

executive orders are unconstitutional.
Interpol can kiss my azz if they ever want to come on my land (not that they want too)

Wow, Thank you letting new about that!

The DNC is toast in 2010!

Dude, if you go talk Interpol would be helpful if you knew what Interpol does.

If you think that Interpol is a police force that has its own office, then you do not know enough about Interpol even discuss this issue.

And if you think that the ICC threatens U.S. "then.
