Knee Joint Pain

Knee Joint PainWhat is the reason for my knee pain?

I had an MRI, X-rays and others, but there is no reason why I had this pain. I was taking a tablet called Advil and have put a patch that numbs the area of my knee. These are only temporary relief. Please advise on my problem and if there are solutions. Thank you

I was in the same boat as you. I hurt my knee at the race and I went and had X-rays and lots of other tests and they said my knee was fine. I discovered that I was losing muscle mass overcompensation. My knee has not had adequate muscle support to keep my kneecap (patella) in his way, he rubbed the origin of this pain in my knee unreal.

I went to a therapist because I was tired of being told there was nothing wrong. They gave me some stretching exercises and very good to help strengthen the muscles that support the knee.
