Landline Phone AccessoriesWhen it comes to telemarketers Your cell phone law is on your side

Many things have got easier with the advancement of cellular phones. People can stay more in touch, be more up to date, be safer in dangerous situations may be, work harder and play harder. Despite rumors and fears, one thing becomes easier is telemarketing.

Telemarketers are one of the most dangerous calls for many phone users. People have tried to avoid telemarketing calls to unlisted numbers, caller ID, call screening, do not call lists and the law. The law is probably the least considered, especially given that it is already in place for the consumer.

The rise of cell phones has made several concerns, including concern about telemarketers access to lists of cell phone number. Many people consider their cell phones to be more private than a phone. Strangers calling this number can be received as an invasion of personal space and privacy. Several considerations must be taken into account before becoming too concerned about this issue.

Firstly, there is currently no list of cell phone numbers available to telemarketers. Many phone companies had discussed creating a large database of large cell phone, but in vain. As the movement progresses cell phone, keep track of what your cell phone company is done with your number (and phone records). If a database exists within your company, it may be possible to ask to be removed from the list. Many companies are concerned about the fears of customers and consequences to society because of these fears. Try sending an e-mail or writing a letter stating what you think of a list cell phone number. Somewhat similar views may influence the decision-maker entrepreneur.

Second, the law is on the owner's cell phone. It is currently illegal for a telemarketer making a telemarketing call to a cell phone number if the telemarketer is using an automatic dialer. Most telemarketing companies use the technique of automatic dialer, which could not communicate with your cell phone, even if they had got hold of your number.

If all else fails, you can register your mobile number with the National Do Not Call List. A telemarketer can not call you if your number is in the register number. This register is the same as you have registered your landline number with. You can register your cell phone (and landline) with this register at any time.

If you are continually making telemarketing calls on your mobile phone type, do research on such other lists, you can be sure. Sometimes the inclusion of something (magazines, free offers, etc.) make the phone number you provided a list salable to outside companies. You should also check that the groups are your phone number does not create such a list, or at least ensure that you're not on that list.
