This register is the same as you have registered your landline number with. You can register your cell phone (and landline) with this register at any time.

If you are continually making telemarketing calls on your mobile phone type, do research on such other lists, you can be sure. Sometimes the inclusion of something (magazines, free offers, etc.) make the phone number you provided a list salable to outside companies. You should also check that the groups are your phone number does not create such a list, or at least ensure that you're not on that list.
