Liquid Sleep

The sleep aid is melatonin, and the instructions say: "Take one dropper daily at bedtime only." Does that mean just put it on my tongue or mix it with something?

If these are the instructions, all you have to do is swallow. If it is a "sublingual" formula that you need to do is put it under your tongue and keep it there for about 30 seconds.
