Thank you in advance =]
You have to give me credit, okay?

Fill it halfway with diced papaya.
Fill almost to the brim cut strawberries.

You can also put in half a banana, if you wish.
Note: No added sugar. It is not necessary because the strawberries.
I'm not sure, but what kind of smoothie
I modified a recipe smoothie I had to lower the number of calories and fat. (I'm counting chemicals, so that the low cal as well as low fat is important for me.) It is really good and really versatile as well.
Here goes:
8 ounces plain yogurt FF
1 cup frozen fruit of choice (such as berries or pineapple, mango.)
1 medium banana, frozen, if desired, (but works very well fresh)
1 c Diet lemon soda, white grape or ginger ale
3 ice cubes.
Combine first 4 ingredients in blender. Add ice cubes one at a time.
Make two servings 16 ounces
140 CALs, 1 gram fat, 3 grams fiber.
Notes: Even friut cryopreservation, can be titrated for frozen fruit. Bananas can be replaced by another cup of frozen fruit of choice, but more icy smoothie is not quite a sweet or ". An alternative very refreshing in hot weather!
I do not drink much soda, but in this case, you really can not taste the sweetener. It lowers the CAL enough to make it worthwhile for me. The original recipe called for 1 cup of juice friut. Also known as the origin of the low-fat vanilla yogurt, also rich in calories.
I like it. It is filling, cream, cold and smooth. I do for my children too, but use fruit juice instead of soda.
There is much to look just throw them and find what you want:)
One of my favorites ... and it is easy to find all the ingredients at the grocery store. Need frozen cherries (unsweetened) frozen raspberries (unsweetened), low-fat vanilla yogurt, low fat milk, ice cubes and a little vanilla extract. Put everything in a blender and you have a CAL 187. 2 g fat Vanilla Smoothie Cherry. I included the link to the site. All ads include calories and grams of fat.
** You can use frozen berries without sugar because sugar adds extra calories added .**
Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
3 cups frozen mixed tropical fruits (mango, Papi, pineapple)
1 bottle of water
3 tablespoons Splenda
Cooking Instructions
Add half the bottle of water in the blender and the Splenda. Cover and blend for 5 seconds.
Add frozen fruit (I Trader Joes Mixture of tropical fruit, about half the bag) and the rest of the water. Start blender on high.
Lift the lid as a mixer and mix at the top of the smoothie to take it further. DO NOT put the spoon into the blades!
Blend until smooth spot, then in large glasses.
I love smoothies because there is no sugar or fat and it is just fruit.
