I exercise every day and I am very fit, I eat healthy. anyway HDL was 35 and she said it should be 35-75. Should I worry?? what can I do to make it more?? You want to add more healthy fats in your diet such as nuts and avocados and olive oil. Eat less saturated fats like animal fats and foods treated properly, and eat more vegetable fats like oils.
