Lupus Anticoagulant Screen

I'm worried I had 2 misscarriages earlier (8 weeks -20 weeks respectively), doc told me to go to the screen and lupus anticoagulant antibodies cardioloin, serum. The report was released onlt fine level PTT was 42.1.
I was told to take daily ecosprin 75
now I am pregnant now after such a long time .......... I'm not too ecosprin .............. This does not mean PTT down?
