Lupus In Children

Lupus In ChildrenHow does lupus affect children in Western New York, where can I get info on this?

Lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, or SLE) is an autoimmune disease in which the immune system attacks the body's own tissues as if they were foreign substances. Lupus is not contagious.
There are several possible causes of lupus, including a genetic disorder, exposure to chemicals (water wells contaminated (suspectedly) hair dyes), and even because of some medicines. Symptoms include fatigue, joint pain, skin problems, sensitivity to light, fever, nervous system disorders, and much more. For more information, visit webmd.com and just type in lupus in the search box.

The answer above is a good thing. This response is just to bring this old issue to a vote.
