Lupus Rash Pictures

Are there any other condition that causes a rash on the sides of the nose?

I had this summer, it would get worse when I was out in the sun, one day when I went to the pool, she was really sensitive. I still have redness around the nose, I saw pictures of the butterfly rash of lupus and it seems so close, I have other symptoms like joint pain (I was told that I 'had arthritis as a child but could not see another doctor there), I do suffer from fatigue, but I thought maybe because I'm his underweight to lose weight when I learned that I had celiac disease (an autoimmune disease)
