Menopause Sleep

Menopause SleepWhat can help me sleep during peri-menopause?

I will wake up several times a night or wake up to 1,2,3, etc. and not to sleep. I can not function properly and I tried what I think is all. Help!

I learn YA SISTA !!!!!!! I am also perished, and I also suffered the same type of non-existent sleep. A good friend of mine who is a herbalist, told me about this plant, you can get from the bank of grass called Gaba. I use sublingual under my tongue at night and sleep like a baby! the exact name I use is ... by Source Naturals Gaba calm. It's orange flavored and you put under the tongue 1 hour before bedtime, and when you fall asleep, you stay asleep. Also, when you wake up, you feel like new money. My father even uses it and it is 66 years old. He swears by it too! Good luck.

Personally, I started to clean my body on the cellular level and by adding certain minerals to help with my symptoms of menopause.

I had a full hysterictomy at a very young age and this system has helped me so that I am nothing more than nutrition and minerals for all of my questions.

I am pleased to tell you more if you wish.

Please feel free to email me directly bignlild@msn.com

I recommend talking to your doctor about this. It is possible that an order Med can help you, or even a short course of hormone.

My mother was, at times, she is hot flush trouble sleeping, have you tried drinking milk? it contains tryptophan which helps you to sleep or if it does not work, try going to the doctors so that he can prescribe you something to sleep.

Hormone therapy does not suspend your symptoms, so I recommend letting your menopause proceed. They have also been linked to cancer, FYI. As for sleeping, I recommend you take a tablet of melatonin one hour before bedtime. You can find it in the vitamin aisle of any pharmacy. This is not a "drug", but it helps to increase the concentration of melatonin in the brain, which makes you sleepy. It's safer than kava, which is a plant against the stress and insomnia ... but you can try. I would not take one of these long-term, but take it for a week or two would be nice. Can I take it whenever I can not sleep, and it knocks me out. Just make sure you do not need to stand for 8 eight hours.

if I will see your primary physician. Tell them about your problems with your sleep habit and menopause. They may give you medicine that needs you.
