Menstrual Pain Relief

Are there any other way to relieve menstrual pain, other than take a Panadol?

From my personal experience, Midol is the best counter remedy to relieve cramps, but it always made me really tired and unable to function during the day. What works even better without the unpleasant side effects, is the contraceptive pill. I would particularly like to say Ortho Tricyclen. It virtually eliminates ASSEMBLY cramps. I do not know your situation, but could be an option to consider. Otherwise, as the previous answerer said, a hot water bottle, or better yet, a heating pad on your lower abdomen really works!

I prefer Midol contains acetometaphen, caffeine and pyrilamine malate.

obtain hotpack and put it on your belly. If you do not get a bottle and fill it with warm water wrapped in a cloth, use it as a substitute for Manifold.

I'm not sure what Paradol is, but if it's a prescribed med Ur doc as an analgesic, it must be good. if ur not into requirements ... take any brand of ibuprofen ex. Advil or Motrin, and
eg acetaminophen. Tylenol brand or store ... relief his prescription and not exercise.

what I do is take the possible strength (stronger than the force booster) MOTRIN and usually I'm fine ... if its really excruciating pain, then I take a super power with a Tylenol MOTRIN .....
mainly the pain of the uterine muscle cramps just swell during the Ur and it gives u so bad muscle cramps ... and ibuprofen is usually to cut down the pain swelling tylenol .... objectives that pain ... So if ur pain is due to swelling wont be Tylenol for relief ...... long and also my personal experience I have been in much pain, so I decided since nothing was working I wll try execise I mean u should wear this stamp ... lol I went on the treadmill and did numb the pain a little .... PS: If u really cannot handle the pain u should see your doc and get ... once considered prob is found, it will be much easier to eliminate the pain .... birth control use as the last choice ... its very real hormone in the body except for a heart .... Good luck!
