Night eating syndrome? I'm really angry, grumpy and restless at night which makes me feel like crap carbohydrate foods that I end up eating a lot. I'm not hungry in the morning, but I try to eat something healthy like porridge or something. I eat healthy during the day but have no control on the night of the food. I feel depressed and I've given up my body always rosy. Anyone have ideas about natural treatments? Im currently breast feeding
thus, the best way is to remove all the 'crap' food of your choice. If it is not there, you can not eat. Try replacing these foods with healthy foods such as sliced fruit, nuts, almonds, vegetables (celery and peanut butter), carrots, etc.
