Sleep paralysis, can not breathe? I had sleep paralysis for about 1 1 / 2 years now and every time I SP. I breathe literally can not. It feels like there is like 300 pounds of pressure on my chest. I thismorning SP 6 times .. (Almost every time I have MS, I have several times.)
I did some research years ago and
She said that sleep paralysis
appears to be related to
SNDS (SIDS night)
Basically if you stop breathing
in your sleep .. diaprham your lungs and are paralyzed, and your body
in cases which were seen
na person look like they put up a fight or struggle
before dying .. which explains the paralysis
You know you can not breathe
but can not move to stop it.
I feel like this whats starting to happen to me ..
I had made a polysomnography (sleep study)
and I was less than 30 seconds out of being diagnosed with narcolepsy ...
but anyway .. this thing SNDS I do not know what to do ..
should I go talk to my doctor?
(Oh, I used to be on Adderall and it helped me a lot of sleep paralysis, but I removed it to lose weight.)
I had this happen once or twice, but almost everyone has sleep paralysis, I was happening to me for 12 years, but if I die I am delighted to heaven, I just hope not to suffer a terrible death.
