Everything on the counter that acts on melatonin or contains diphenydramine work. Try Tylenol PM or just get a pack of Benadryl. Benadryl is for allergies, but it has the same active ingredient. If Indian pharmacies offer prescription drugs, then you should be able to just ask the pharmacist.
