I understand people with high cholesterol or high blood pressure have a much greater chance of having a stroke or heart attack, but how many people have heart attacks strokes / that have perfectly normal blood pressure levels and cholesterol normal? Percentages ...

Again cholesterol is a substance REPAIR. It is only associated with CHD. It is not causal and has never been shown to be causal.

There are other causes of stroke and heart attack just as cholesterol and hypertension, is a tiny hole in his heart that getting rid of blood clots. Fibrillation, the rhythm of the heart is another. Smoking is another biggie that can cause heart problems which can lead to stroke.
