Oral Appliance

I have an expander device in my mouth, because it is one of the procedures to get braces. I UN pain bearable and it's so hard to eat.

Unfortunately, the only way is to stop the bear .... and you do not want to do because your teeth will not look that great when you're done.

Fortunately, the pain stops when the teeth have finished moving. So the more you tighten the more it hurts ... explicit really. You just have to cope by eating soft foods. try rinsing with warm water, although I think that will have a fairly minimal.

You can take Tylenol or ibuprofen and use Orajel.
