Do they have signs that tell you that a person is just not die? All these physiological?

Look at their eyes. Some people die with their eyes open or closed or half-way. It takes strength and muscle to close the eyes. Anyway, if the eyelids are not flashing, it may be a sign of death, but the other sign is more common physiological breathing. This is called Cheyne-Stokes equations, which means they are breathing fast amt for a while and then they slow down or even appear to be more if they stopped breathing for several seconds. They are too weak to clear the throat, and there is a rumbling, husky breath when they are. difficulty breathing is a very telling tale sign, and usually means that death is near.
