Most of the time this is caused by diet. Try a fiber supplement, and 250mg magnesium supplement 2x a day and drink enough fluids to not be dehydrated. Try this - if it works, you do not have a disease .. If it does not work, consider seeing a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy.
