Red Yeast Rice Lower Cholesterol

Red Yeast Rice Lower CholesterolShould you take Vytorin with red yeast rice to lower cholesterol? I also take tircor Lowe triglicer.

Take red yeast rice, and Vytorin too much on the liver to lower cholesterol? Anyone have answers to that? I also take lecithin, fish oil, and milk thistle to help the liver. All the answers? Help!

Have you thought about trying out drugs and eat healthier to stay healthy? I recently read on the RYR to lower cholesterol, but keep in mind that if you're a bad diet, you're probably cause a lot of oxidative damage (or damages) to your organs and tissues, thus forcing your body to create more cholesterol to repair the damage. Cholesterol is something that you can intake from food, but you do a lot as needed to repair and maintain your body. Health is a choice, and the medical community would have you believe that your cholesterol should be low (well, they sell more drugs this way), when in fact it may be important for a reason. If you short-circuit attempts to maintain your body, it can cause more problems in the long term if you can not rebuild properly. Just an idea.
