It is also believed to improve circulation, and contributes to the sight and hearing loss. Ginkgo is also a blood thinner, and all those who take blood thinners or aspirin should consult their doctor before starting a treatment that uses Ginkgo.

Of course there are no guarantees about how the mind will continue to function in the elderly, as we can not guarantee their physical health. But staying active and working hard, you may be able to keep senility at bay as long as possible.
