Short Term Memory Loss Symptoms

Short Term Memory Loss SymptomsWhat diseases have symptoms of memory loss and short-term insomnia?

I have not slept for days regularly, even if I am so tired and I have problems with my memory. It seems that when I think too much, my memory of the past is too vague and ultimately to be completely erased. my mom says I'm anemic.

Anemia is one, but these symptoms can present in many, many problems / diagnoses.
better to exclude physical causes first. may have some blood work does doc for thyroid, anemia, potassium, infection, etc.

ummm, I would say menopause - but then I read these words: "my mother" and realized that it's probably not it, lol!

If you suffer from insomnia, so that alone can cause memory problems. You could be anemic. Mom's are often right as they know their own child rather well.

Anemia can cause you to feel very tired (does not necessarily cause insomnia if) and being cold a lot. Or get cold more easily than you normally do. If it is bad enough, it can also get really pale.

Try taking a multivitamin with iron supplement and see if that helps.
