Signs And Symptoms Of AnorexiaWhat are the basic signs and symptoms of anorexia? Should I tell anyone? afarid im in trouble!?

does anyone out there not the basic signs / symptoms of anorexia? If you please, tell me! I think I might be a victom Be Startin! Im really scared and im 11 and im droping tihng already a lot of weight! (My mother says im really skinny I think im totally huge!)

If you eat nausated fact, if you avoid food as much as possible, if you exercise more ... There are many signs of all kinds. My greatest fear for you is that at the age of eleven, you're worried about your weight and your self-image. So this is what you need to do - go to your mother and say, "Mom, you really need to listen to me now. Please do not interrupt. Please do not say anything until I'm done talking to you. I really need you to hear me ... "Then say" I need you to make an appointment with a doctor for me. I fear the weight I lose. I fear that when I look in the mirror, I do not see myself how others perceive me. "Then, go to a doctor and that doctor really do hear you, okay? At eleven o'clock, you should be relaxed and enjoy your childhood. Studying at school, hanging with friends. Weight should not be on your radar until you're 50! Take Care ... girlfriend

1. and, looking in the mirror and see your great autonomy is the number one. ask someone you know will give an honest opinion and a person of trust. they will tell you the truth.
2. do not eat much.
3. expect to lose more than normal.

there are people who are naturally lean well.

If you lean

If you're a perfectionist (which you must be perfect, your grades, sports, friends, everything) and your mother puts pressure on you to do that is probably the beginning of it. If you look in the mirror and see nothing but fat when your family says you're thinner, if you start to massively cut calories (eat less [I think, do not take my word for it] 1500 per day ) and exercise more than two hours a day, then, my darling, you start. You'll need help, you should consult a doctor and you'll need to see a therapist.

Anorexia is a disease that usually occurs in adolescents, but it may also occur in teenage boys and adult women and men. People with anorexia are obsessed with being thin. They lose a lot of weight and are terrified of gaining weight. They believe they are fat even though they are very thin. Anorexia is not just a problem with food or weight. It is an attempt to use food and weight to deal with emotional problems.

The signs and symptoms that you requested are the following:

Voluntary self-starvation with weight loss
The fear of gaining weight
Refusal to eat
Denial of hunger
Constant exercising
A greater amount of hair on the body or face
Sensitivity to cold
absences or irregular
Hair Loss
A self-perception of being fat when the person is really too thin

Girls with anorexia usually stop having menstrual periods. People with anorexia have dry skin and loss of hair on the head. They may have a growth of fine hair on the body. They can be cold all the time, and they may get sick often. People with anorexia are often in bad mood. They have trouble concentrating and are always thinking about food. It is not true that anorexics are never hungry. In fact, they are always hungry. Feeling hunger gives them a sense of control over their lives and their bodies. It makes them feel like they are good at something - they are good at losing weight. People with severe anorexia, may be at risk of starvation.

I recommend talking with your friends and family for the support you need. You can try a support group as well.
