Signs Of Insomnia

Signs Of InsomniaWhat are the signs of insomnia?

Latley I had trouble sleeping. It seems to me to stay until early in the morning just laying in my bed trying to sleep. I was wondering what are the signs of insomnia. I have enough to worry about important to have a sleeping disorder is not something I want on my plate.

Insomnia is the inability to sleep or whether, once asleep, staying asleep.

I'm not sure what the hours of techniques that you do not sleep to be considered as insomnia, but if your sleep does not improve after a week or two, maybe you should contact your doctor.

Many times insomnia is caused by stress. Either the school or work, or whatever. The key is to try to cope with whatever is stressing you out (if possible) before going to bed. This way, you're not all night thinking about it.

If stress is not the case, try to sleep somewhere else, like the sofa or something. Seems silly, but might work.

Inability to sleep

Theres medicine for that. Consult your doctor.

can not fall asleep until very late, not sleeping much, have too much on your mind or too much stress. I think I have a mild form of it. I'm going to bed late and get up early every day. later I'm going to bed is about 11-1 and later I was awakened 8-11. I do perhaps thats normal. I have many days where I have trouble sleeping. I guess I'm not a late sleeper.

cannot fall asleep or stay asleep cannot

You answered your question but perhaps you should consider the cause of sleep disorder instead of the name of it ....

I have the same problem and have been diagnosed with anxiety and they gave me a mild dose of a medication to take before bedtime. It seemed that I would give there and think about things that would be a depression or stress then see a doctor because there are many things that can cause insomnia.

I have insomnia. I know all that. The day of fatigue, mind racing, tossing and turning in bed, unable to fall asleep when you want it in the night if you wake with a start, it is difficult to go back to sleep, you sleep not refresh your body, you wake up too early, can not concentrate, fatigue, drowsiness, and irritability. I hope this helped.

Well ..... Duh!

Read my story to insomnia http://www.fms-help.com/insomnia.htm - It started when I was 16. I am now 56. For a list of things I tried to sleep, and how they have worked for me, see http://www.fms-help.com/sleep.htm Most doctors can help you in this endeavor.

It is common for people to suffer some sleepless nights if they are suffering from stress, worry and anxiety. It is a problem when it becomes a habit and you continue to suffer from insomnia.

What you always on your mind is causing you stress. These thoughts and emotions that you continue in the day until nightfall. Maybe you feel physically or mentally incapable of tense-relax enough to sleep.

Obviously, if it is an ongoing problem that can not be solved in an instant - the financial issues or relationship, etc., it may be advisable to seek help from a counselor. Someone you can talk to vent your frustrations.

You have to deal with this anxiety and stress. More importantly, you must understand that no matter how much you worry - it is not going to solve anything.

Do what you have in the day but at night, forget everyday stress (easier said than done). You should try to relax a relaxing evening.
