Triangle Orthopaedics

Hello I malocclusion important, but I think it isn't so bad: I gap, the growth of my jaw vertex is more advanced than the rest of my mouth, I close premolars from inside (closer to the left) Since I crossbite premolars my mouth is quite sunk my upper jaw and did not even form the lowest (it seems a triangle is closed) and I the midline may be misused by a millimeter . Since I was a kid, I used to breathe through the mouth and I used to ask the Togu in my jaw. Oh, by the way, I'm 20.
What is the best treatment? Orthopaedic treatment with acrylic things? Is orthodontics (which I do not trust at all)? Or surgery (they rate me after orthodontics)? Im not a dentist, I do not know anything about it, everybody gives me a different perspective and I'm not sure what to do. And I do not speak very good English. Go to an orthodontist for a consultation. You should get atleast 3 reviews. Tell the dentist you want to correct, and they will explain the treatment would be best for you. The dentist will give you an estimated time of completion and explain the procedure.

I agree with response # 1, talk to your doctor about the different procedures

but ide recommend braces, why do not you trust?? they work well (just got mine off today)
