Vaginitis Symptoms

I have a report that I have to do and one of the things I have to research is "the method of producing disease symptoms ".... I'm confused by that. I already found the basic symptoms that was another test that I had to look. I really appreciate the help!

I am looking for the "method of producing symptoms of the disease" in vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis and Trich. Thanks!
