Vagus Nerve Stimulation Epilepsy

My son has epilepsy and cerebral palsy combined, no medication has done nothing for him, he is now 3 years old, he had seizures since he was 6 months. So far they have not been able to find what causes it, it has 10-15 seizures a day. I have only two choices left or VNS Keto Diet, brain surgery is not an option for him because he is everywhere in the brain. Any advice, suggestions, or any other information, please help, open to all councils
